Video Poker Pal is an educational strategy trainer and math simulator. It is not gambling: no real-money play, no wagering, no prizes. On-screen “credits” are a practice counter with no monetary value and cannot be bought, sold, or cashed out. Intended for users 18 or older.

Signing in with Google saves your training history to your account. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that abuse the Service (scraping, disruption, unlawful use, commercial redistribution). You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

The Service is currently free. We may introduce paid premium features and may display advertising in the future. Features may change, be gated, or be discontinued at any time; if advertising is introduced, the Privacy Policy will be updated first.

The Service — software, design, text, and the original strategy charts and explanations published on it — is © 2026 Video Poker Pal. All rights reserved. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning. Game rules and published paytables are facts and free to all; our original content may not be republished without permission.

The Service is provided “as is”. The math is engineered to be exact and extensively tested, but we do not warrant error-free or uninterrupted operation, and nothing here is gambling or financial advice — real casino play carries real risk that is entirely yours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to US$100.
